Dermalytics is a mobile and web application that provides AI-powered skin and health analysis from photos. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Android or web app and our related backend services.

a) Data you provide

• Age
• Sex
• (For health analysis) Height and weight
• Optional information you provide in chat or feedback inside the app

b) Data from your device (camera/photos)

• Photos you take with your camera inside the app
• Photos you choose from your device gallery for analysis

These photos and any associated metadata are considered personal and potentially sensitive data.

c) Technical data

• Device information (model, OS version)
• Log data such as error reports and basic usage events

We do NOT knowingly collect: Precise GPS location, contacts, SMS, or call logs.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to:

• Perform AI-based skin analysis and health analysis on the images you upload
• Generate and display analysis results, insights, and recommendations
• Improve model quality and app performance
• Provide customer support and respond to your questions

We do NOT sell your personal data.

4. How we share your data

We may share your data only with:

• Our own backend services required to process your images and profile data
• Cloud service providers that process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality

We do NOT share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

• Analysis data: Stored for history and model improvement, or until you request deletion
• Photos: Stored for analysis and past analyses; retained in backups temporarily
• Logs: Kept limited time for debugging/security, then deleted/anonymized

By using the app and granting camera/storage permissions, you consent to our collection and use of your photos and data as described. You can withdraw consent by:

• Revoking permissions in Android settings
• Uninstalling the app
• Contacting us for data deletion
